Shipping Info
All orders will ship within 7 working days of purchase. Any exceptions to this rule will be explained to the customer via email. Confirmation of shipment will be sent to the customers registered email address.

NATIONAL ORDERS (NZ):
Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. This excludes any time prior to confirmation of shipment. If you do not receive your purchase within this timeframe then please contact us at eliminationrecords@gmail.com and we'll investigate the situation.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please allow 14-21 working days for delivery. This excludes any time prior to confirmation of shipment. If you do not receive your purchase within this timeframe then please contact us at eliminationrecords@gmail.com and we'll investigate the situation.
Return Policy
FAULTY GOODS:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase if the items are faulty, explaining the exact issue with the item and providing your order number. If the fault lies with damage made prior to delivery then we'll issue a full refund or store credit depending on your preference. If the damage relates to the postal handling of your purchase, we will ask you to contact your local post office in order to inspect the damage and handle your claim.

INCORRECT GOODS:
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase if the items are not what you've ordered. We'll then issue a full refund or store credit depending on your preference.
